Exhibition Casino Welten 2012 Germany. 2012-05-07
This Exhibition was organized by the Big Cash Group and the place to be was Kämmerer in Hanau Germany. It was a gaming orientated exhibition, so the perfect place for Suzo-Happ to demonstrate their various solutions and innovative products to the markets.
With a stand in the middle of the exhibition hall Suzo-Happ was the visual centre for all the visitors. The majority of the Casino Welten exhibition visitors were familiar with cash, coin and handling machines. We found out that the service which Suzo-Happ provides is highly appreciated.
The best-known component names could be found on the Suzo-Happ stand. From the touchscreens of ELO, to the cashboxes from MEI and the currency counters from Talaris stand out. The media was also interested in the Suzo-Happ products especially in the NEW GREEN LedXon LED products of Suzo-Happ Germany, therefor they interviewed Piet-Hein Simons who’s enthusiast about this new “go green” product range which includes different Led based lightning, such as illumination tubes and illumination spots. These lighting’s can reduce your energy costs up to 90%, have a longer lifetime, and less heat generation.

SUZO-HAPP exhibited on the InterTraffic show 2012 in Amsterdam which is a Traffic management, safety, and parking focused exhibition which is held every 2 years in Amsterdam. It’s known as leading for the On & Off Street parking Industry. The InterTraffic exhibitors are very divers; there were manufacturers of On&Off street parking, digital tags, signage’s till stickers manufacturers, in total more than 800 exhibitors from 45 countries!
Due to the fact that SUZO-HAPP is experiencing an enormous growth in the TVM market (Transportation Vending Machines), this Exhibition was an excellent opportunity to present our complete Coin-Out product line.

Suzo-Happ very pleased with ICE. 2012-02-02
The Suzo-Happ Group stand was one of the busiest at the ICE. The sheer choice that Suzo-Happ provides the market means that customers can find the right product and solution for each and every application.
The gaming industry is truly colourful and diverse. There is no general solution that fits for all sizes. The real understanding of market trends has led to many innovations by the Suzo-Happ Group over the years. This continued at this year’s ICE where the Celebration Topper was introduced. It can be loaded with two confetti launchers to give that winning player a real surprise. The confetti tubes are simple to integrate into the Celebration Topper – they just slot in either side at the top of it. The Celebration Topper is SAS approved so operators can control when that magical moment should happen – for example after a certain payout rate when a hand-pay is necessary. Tests in casinos have shown that players like not only the experience but to see the confetti around the slot – then everybody on the casino floor knows where the winning slots are. Furthermore, in this case it acts as a positive leverage to attract and keep players in the gaming location - thus driving revenue.

Give your players the right reason to celebrate
The Celebration Topper creates a new level of excitement on the gaming floor. It interfaces into the ‘SAS Jackpot’ line of the slot machine and when the selected level of a jackpot is achieved the topper triggers a ‘Celebration Event’. The celebration event includes customisable video messages on the 15.6” LCD display, light pipe LED’s rise out of the top of topper, flashing LED’s on sides of LCD, confetti launcher throws out a burst of confetti from the topper and loud audio alarm celebration sounds. Harald Wagemaker has joined the Suzo-Happ European team as Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Wagemaker is responsible for sales to all markets in the geographical regions of Scandinavia and Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania).
Mr. Wagemaker brings along considerable experience in the sales and marketing of technical components and has amassed fifteen years in international sales management. He has worked for global companies that are household names such as EPSON where Mr. Wagemaker worked at the European headquarters with responsibility for four European sales offices and more than a dozen distributors.

The Ntegra multi-currency desktop counter and sorter of banknotes and tickets has been engineered to deliver unprecedented efficiency savings through continuous and uninterrupted use. Ntegra denominates and authenticates different currencies at a processing speed of 1000 notes per minute. Optional fitness sorting ensures that processes, which were once only achievable on large sorting systems, are now attainable at the front line.

Suzo-Happ team installs TITO systems at Sheraton Casino in Cairo, Egypt
The service department at Suzo-Happ offers the key service of installations and key component training directly at the operators’ gaming premises.
Suzo-Happ places major focus on bringing innovations to the gaming market. These innovations are thus by definition often new to the operators. The speed to market and the timing from when the operators and thus the players can benefit from such new technology strongly depends upon how well these innovations are brought to market, installed and then trained at operator locations.
The flexibility of the Suzo-Happ Casino Support Team has once again been proven in the installation and training given at the Sheraton Casino in Egypt. The Sheraton Cairo Hotel offers a casino with forty slot machines. The machine mix stems from Aristocrat, IGT and Alfastreet. The Casino Director is Mr. Lamberto L. Graglia knows the strength and depth of Suzo-Happ and thus chose Suzo-Happ as the company to install and train his team on the changeover to ticket-in, ticket-out. He explains, “We were thinking of moving to TITO for a while and Suzo-Happ was very helpful for the last push to make this move. Cairo Sheraton Casino is the only casino in Cairo to have full TITO installation in all its slot machines. Suzo-Happ has been extremely helpful during the pre-installation as well as the actual installation, technical support and staff training.
