How can I use Ideal ?

When will my order be shipped ?

Your product will be shipped within 24 hours.  This is during weekdays only.

When do I receive my shipment ?

In general shipments are received the next day or 2/3 days from ordering, depending on the area you are located.

Which transport company takes care of delivery ?

We use UPS Saver and Express services for fast and accurate delivery.

Can you handle a larger shipment ?

We can ship any dimension but have limited our website to 70KG. If product is larger or has more volume we have better trucking rates.Please contact the sales department for these requests. sales@suzohapp.nl

Where is product shipped from?

Your product is shipped from our central warehouse located in the Netherlands.

How can I return product?

You can use our RMA procedure described on our website.

What is the warranty on your products?

This varies from product to product. It can range from 3-12 months. For any detailed information please contact our customer service. customerservice@suzohapp.nl

What happens if I receive a damaged shipment?

Our RMA procedure indicates the policy for any returns needed. It is under the customer service menu.

Why can I not order from the UK?

We are working on a pure UK based website with different products and pound pricing.
