SUZOHAPP Official Announcement: Privacy Requirements Update pursuant to the new GDPR EU 2016/679
SUZOHAPP hereby informs all Customers and Suppliers that all activities required to update data processing methods and operations are currently being put in place. The new European data protection regulations and the GDPR requirements ? General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 are effective starting May 25, 2018.
What are the changes that have been introduced?
The GDPR aims to extend a number of existing rights of Individuals and Data Subjects, introducing new regulations regarding the processing of data collected by Enterprises.
In order to improve products and services provided to their customers, all Enterprises collect, retain and manage data via multiple communication channels with the outside world. They accomplish this objective via their own websites, mobile apps, social networks and other electronic and digital instruments (e.g. email marketing platforms).
For this reason, from the 25th of May 2018 we will be updating our Terms & Conditions of Service and our data processing documents (Privacy Policy, Data Protection Privacy Notice, Consent Collection and Registration Forms for Data Subjects).
Additionally, in order to improve the protection of data of our Data Subjects (users, customers, potential customers, suppliers), please be informed that we will continue to update such information as and when deemed appropriate.
As of the 25th of May 2018, by continuing to use our digital instruments to request our products, services, and/or by contacting us, you accept the new updated T&C's, therefore your data will be protected in accordance with the new applicable GDPR requirements.
